These structures will be strategically positioned between the Cumberland and Magdeburg greenways, with plans to incorporate a pedestrian bridge above the Magdeburg greenway to connect the two buildings.
The updated plans significantly increase the number of residential units from the initially proposed 303 to 395. The main address for this development is 1500 Second Ave. N.
